Payment Options

    We accept all major credit cards, and cash (exact change preferred, as we keep little cash on premises). We also accept a variety of insurance plan. We will help you work with your insurance company to determine your payment responsibilities, so please be sure to make us aware of any changes in your insurance coverage. Payment of deductible/co payment or fee is due prior to the beginning of the session.

    Our standard fee for therapy is $150 for individual sessions and $175 for couples sessions if self pay.

     If you have insurance, cost will be determined based on your plan benefits.

    Limited number of reduced rate services may be available to only existing clients temporarily when they experience financial hardships.

Currently "in network" insurance plans:

• Anthem; Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Professional Provider, Preferred Professional Provider Plans, HMO and Health keepers )

• Aetna

• Cigna ( commercial plan only)

• Optima /Sentara

• United / Optum

• Tricare- Participating as  Non Network Providers. Referrals are required for Active Duty and Prime members. No referrals needed for Tricare Select. 

• Part B Medicaid ( Donna and Edie only)

• We do not participate with EAP plans due to the limited number of sessions they approve.
